- 2. How long will it take to recieve my item? It really depends on custom
order volume. It averages about 1-2 weeks for delivery. You will usually receive tracking info via email when it ships.
- 3. Are your items machine washable? Yes, all of our items are machine
washable. We recommend machine washing in cold, gentle; drying low;
and please do not iron any minky products.
- 4. Do you offer any discounts for mulitiple items? Because we have kept our
prices so low to offer our customers affordable items at family friendly
prices, we can not reduce the price any further. You can be confident you
are getting high quality items at afforable prices.
- 5. What are your minky fabrics made of? Our high quality minky fabrics are
made of a super soft 100% Polyester fabric. The minky dot fabrics have
raised dots that add to the texture and detail of our designs.
- 6. What brands of seats do hipncozy car seat covers fit? They are a universal design to fit all infant and toddler car seats; however, some of the large toddler seats such as the Regent, Frontier. Recaro, or Sunshine Kids seats our basic covers will not fit. We have a larger cover for $49.99 that fits these models. If you feel you have an abnormally large toddler car seat, please contact us with the model of your car seat for further info. We also have a 7 day return policy if you would like to try it; and return it if it doesn't fit the way you wanted. Here is a list of just some of the seats our universal covers fit-(Graco, Evenflo, Peg Perego, Chicco, Eddie Bauer, Safety First, Baby Trend, Britax, Cosco, Combi)
- 8. Do your covers have individual slots for each hole in the seat cover? No,
We have a snap and go system with verticle openings that are tacked with snaps to allow the shoulder straps to pass
through the openings and back into the seat without having to unleash any straps. The snaps hold the openings
shut allowing the cover to be universal in its design and fit of all infant and
toddler car seats as well as make for very easy removal for washing.
- 9. Are the canopies included in the infant seat cover price? We have 3 options with our infant seat covers. You can purchase the infant seat without the canopy for $39.99, with the canopy for $49.99, and just the canopy for $16.
- 10. Can I send my own fabric for my own unique design? Yes, you are
welcome to send your own fabric. Please use the “Design Your Own
Product” page to order. It will step you through the process. You can then
email us with any requests to customerservice@hipncozy.com.
- 11. What is your Return Policy? We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. You
may return it within 7 days of delivery in the same condition it was shipped
for a refund of the price of the cover minus shipping. You can either have it
redesigned differently, or opt for a refund.
- 13. Do hipncozy car seat covers replace the origional cover; or do they fit over the top? Hipncozy LLC recommends that you DO NOT remove the origional seat cover from your seat. These origional covers have been tested for safety. Our covers are designed to cover the existing safety seat cover; not replace it.
- 14. Are your covers and other items safe for my child? Hip n Cozy LLC and its
employees encourage buyers to get their infant and toddler seats
inspected for safetly even if the customer is not using a cover at all.
Hip n Cozy and its employees are not responsible for any incident
related to the improper use of any item purchased on this web site or
any other venue. The buyer is responsible for going to their local law
enforcement, Fire Department, or Heath Department to ensure the buyer
has installed car seat covers and other products in accordance with any
safety codes and procedures for the safety of their children.
