- 1. How long will it take to recieve my item? It really depends on custom order volume. It averages about 1-2 weeks for delivery. We will let you know if it will take abnormally longer than 1-2 weeks.
- 2. Are your items machine washable? Yes, all of our items are machine washable. We recommend machine washing in cold, gentle; drying low; and please do not iron any minky products.
- 3. Do you offer any discounts for mulitiple items? Because we have kept our prices so low to offer our customers affordable items at family friendly prices, we can not reduce the price any further. You can be confident you are getting high quality items at afforable prices.
- 4. Do you offer wholesale? Yes, there is a wholesale order link located on our Horizontal Navigation bar at the top of each page. It will step you through the ordering process. There is a minimum of 6 per order for the wholesale price.
- 5. What are your minky fabrics made of? Our high quality minky fabrics are made of a super soft 100% Polyester fabric. The minky dot fabrics have raised dots that add to the texture and detail of our designs.
- 6. Is the ribbon a detail that is just for looks? Yes, the ribbon is strictly for design purposes. It depends on your preference.
- 7. Do your covers have individual slots for each hole in the seat cover? No, there are long openings that are tacked to allow the shoulder straps to pass through the openings and back into the seat while holding the openings shut allowing the cover to be universal in its design and fit of all infant and toddler car seats.

- 8. Are the canopies included in the infant seat cover price? Yes, the matching canopy is included in the listed infant seat cover price.
- 9. Does the canopy cover the entire origional canopy both top and bottom? Yes, the canopy covers cover the entire canopy underneath and on top.
- 10. Can I send my own fabric for my own unique design? Yes, you are welcome to send your own fabric. Please use the “Design Your Own Product” page to order. It will step you through the process. You can then email us with any requests to customerservice@hipncozy.com.
- 11. What is your Return Policy? We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. You may return it within 7 days of delivery in the same condition it was shipped for a refund of the price of the cover minus shipping. You can either have it redesigned differently, or opt for a refund.

Hip n Cozy and its employees encourage buyers to get their infant and toddler seats inspected for safetly even if the customer is not using a cover at all. Hip and Cozy and its employees are not responsible for any incident related to the improper use of any item purchased on this web site or through ebay.com. The buyer is responsible for going to their local law enforcement, Fire Department, or Heath Department to ensure the buyer has installed car seat covers and other products in accordance with any safety codes and procedures for the safety of their children.
